Handmade from the finest sustainably harvested oak, this compact Rectangular Oak platter is ideal for an intimate setting or when precision and finesse are in the spotlight. Its small size makes it perfect for preparing a selection of gin garnishes, like slices of fresh cucumber, sprigs of aromatic rosemary, or juicy wedges of lime. Alternatively, it can serve a duo delightfully with bite-sized hors d'oeuvres.

Care Instructions: This item is 100% solid wood. Please handwash only, air dry properly and do not soak or put in a dishwasher. We recommend regular oiling with food-safe mineral oil. Oiling will darken the appearance of the wood, but protect it from moisture. Extreme heat or moisture will negatively affect the stability of the wood.
